General Manager | Full time

The Role |

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintain high standards, and continuously coach and develop your team to achieve their best while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If You |

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Your ability to influence and empower emerging leaders is key, as you provide training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Are dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Possess strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data meticulously to drive business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected, valued, and able to flourish in their roles and careers.
