Qualifications

• Proven success leading an international select-service hotel environment.
• Previous General Manager experience or senior leadership readiness.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of sustainable financial performance.
• Experience collaborating with hotel ownership and asset managers.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and succession planning abilities.
• Collaborative style with high accountability and stakeholder influence.
• Outstanding communication skills and resilient adaptability.
• Fluency in English.
