The Lobster Pot in Bridlington, part of Marston's, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, food-led destination pub. You will oversee large teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive strong commercial results.

Experience running a seasonal business and hotel or accommodation knowledge are valued. You will develop talent, maintain high standards, and lead from the front with energy and a people-first approach.
