Marston's PLC in Mold is looking for a hands-on General Manager to run the Pen Y Bont pub and casual dining operation, delivering premium guest experiences across a 1,600 covers per week with a 70/30 wet/dry split.

You will recruit and develop a large team, manage costs, drive food and drinks sales, and build strong community links. The role includes on-site accommodation and a generous benefits package.

• Experience delivering high-volume premium food sales in pub/casual dining.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and maintain guest experiences.
• Strong cost control and team performance management.
• Excellent community engagement and local relationship building.
• Hands-on, commercially astute with lead-from-front leadership.
