Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and delivering strong service.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff across shifts.
• Track record of managing costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Ritorno Lounge and lead a variety of shifts.
• Build and develop a strong team with clear development plans.
• Work with Head Chef on quality, stock, and training.
• Track GP, labour, stock and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Lead weekly HOD meetings and manage shift reporting.
