Turners Garage Ltd. is seeking a proactive General Manager to take full ownership of our site’s performance, driving financial targets and delivering high-quality automotive work.

You will lead a talented team, recruit and develop staff, manage workflow and quality control, and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers, and suppliers. The role requires a proven automotive leadership background, strong commercial and operational acumen, and a commitment to exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop General Manager or in a similar automotive leadership role.
• Strong commercial and operational management skills.
• Excellent people management abilities – from recruitment to ongoing development.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and quality work.
• Ideally hold a current industry standard qualification as a VDA.

You will combine commercial awareness with people-focused leadership to grow the business and achieve high customer satisfaction levels, keeping your site team members engaged and motivated.

Experience of a management role within the accident repair industry is paramount to the success of the role.
