Bel & The Dragon, Cookham, part of Fuller’s, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a busy, food-focused inn with 10 bedrooms. You will manage frontline service, kitchen oversight with Head Chef, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining strong community ties.

This live-out role offers a 40-hour week over five days, a generous bonus scheme up to 100% of salary, and a range of Fuller’s benefits including discounts and health cover.

Qualifications
