What you will do

We seek an experienced General Manager to lead our UK&I Fire Suppression business with full P&L responsibility. The GM will develop and implement strategy, manage resources, and drive business growth. Reporting to the Vice-President, the GM will take our Suppression products and solutions to market, collaborate with other business unit leaders, and contribute to leadership team initiatives.   • Work with the UK&I Sales Director to establish and execute a Fire Suppression sales strategy.
  • Build a climate of sales excellence and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor operational and sales teams to achieve high performance.
  • Oversee financial management with long-term viability in focus.
  • Strengthen customer relationships for growth and retention.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for market leadership.
