The GM will develop and implement strategy, manage resources, and drive business growth. Reporting to the Vice-President, the GM will take our Suppression products and solutions to market, collaborate with other business unit leaders, and contribute to leadership team initiatives. Work with the UK&I Sales Director to establish and execute a Fire Suppression sales strategy.

Build a climate of sales excellence and cross-selling opportunities.

Lead, develop, and mentor operational and sales teams to achieve high performance.

Oversee financial management with long-term viability in focus.

Strengthen customer relationships for growth and retention.
