This flagship venue, accommodating up to 650 guests, will be one of London's standout openings this year. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and commercially-minded hospitality leader to make their mark, with potential for growth as we continue to expand our portfolio across London.

What You'll Do:

Operations & Leadership:

  • Launch and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
  • Manage venue logistics including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and compliance.
  • Uphold rigorous standards for licensing, health, safety, and hygiene.

Team Management & Culture:

  • Build, train, and motivate a large, high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Lead by example, promoting an inclusive, supportive, and energised work environment.

Guest Experience:

  • Champion unparalleled customer service to establish and enhance the venue’s reputation.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to exceed guest expectations, driving repeat visits and growing bookings.
  • Actively engage with guests, addressing feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Manage budgets and control costs meticulously without compromising quality or guest experience.
  • Drive strategic revenue growth through data-driven insights and proactive decision-making.
  • Regularly analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies to maximise profitability.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 4 years' management experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality venue, ideally within London's vibrant nightlife scene.
  • Proven track record of delivering financial results, operational excellence, and superior guest experiences.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a diverse team.
  • Strong business acumen with robust financial management and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK licensing laws and compliance standards (personal licence desirable).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proven ability to solve problems calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proficient with hospitality technologies including reservation and booking systems (experience with Collins preferred).
  • Flexible approach with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Why Join Us:

  • Competitive salary package
  • Career progression opportunities within a small but expanding hospitality group
  • The chance to lead a landmark project in London’s competitive hospitality market.
  • A supportive company culture focused on development and rewarding excellence.

If you're ready to lead an extraordinary venue, drive outstanding performance, and grow with us, we would love to hear from you!
