  1. Build, train, and motivate a large, high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  2. Lead by example, promoting an inclusive, supportive, and energised work environment.

Guest Experience:

  5. Drive strategic revenue growth through data-driven insights and proactive decision-making.
  6. Regularly analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies to maximise profitability.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Minimum of 4 years' management experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality venue, ideally within London's vibrant nightlife scene.
  2. Proven track record of delivering financial results, operational excellence, and superior guest experiences.
  3. Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a diverse team.
  4. Strong business acumen with robust financial management and analytical skills.
  5. In-depth knowledge of UK licensing laws and compliance standards (personal licence desirable).
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proven ability to solve problems calmly and effectively under pressure.
  7. Highly organised, adaptable, and proficient with hospitality technologies including reservation and booking systems (experience with Collins preferred).
  8. Flexible approach with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Why Join Us:

  1. Competitive salary package
  2. Career progression opportunities within a small but expanding hospitality group
  3. The chance to lead a landmark project in London’s competitive hospitality market.
  4. A supportive company culture focused on development and rewarding excellence.
