Job summary

Precision People is recruiting a General Manager to lead an established, profitable engineering operation in Leicestershire. This is a smaller, hands‑on business with around 25 people and forms part of a larger international engineering group with ambitious growth plans.

You’ll oversee the full operation, including manufacturing, service and engineering delivery, people leadership, P&L and budget control, ERP and operational data, plus quality, Health & Safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing/service/engineering operations.
• Proven budget or P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of ERP and operational data.
• Track record of improving productivity, profitability, delivery or quality.
