Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a commercially minded General Manager to lead a high‑precision manufacturing business serving aerospace, defence and industrial customers. The role oversees Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, HR and HSE, with full P&L ownership and accountability for revenue, margin and cash flow.

The successful candidate will drive operational and cultural change, building a strong leadership team and reporting to the group leadership

Qualifications

• Full P&L and budget responsibility.
• Experience leading a high‑performance precision engineering business.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to present Board packs and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Owning the P&L, budget, forecast, cash flow and working-capital performance.
• Leading Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Developing and executing the operating plan and longer-term strategy.
• Driving improvements in EBITDA, margin and customer performance.
• Building an engaged, commercially aware leadership team.
