We ask that you lead and inspire your team from the front, finding innovative ways to delight your guests. Ensure every guest receives the greatest hospitality, and every piece of food and drink is of the highest quality that Effra offers.
You will work closely with your management team, including the head chef, to pair the finest food with the drinks and atmosphere that make each shift special.
You will be fully responsible for the pub's P&L, focusing on converting sales into profit. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure our guests leave wanting more.
You will be at the forefront of training your team, developing future stars and advancing your business. We believe in building a strong team with a succession plan to develop our people into future Portobello General Managers.
