Bella Italia in Lancashire is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, driving performance and shaping a high-energy, guest-first culture.

• Work closely with Operations Manager and restaurant teams across the North West to support our people, strengthen our teams, and deliver great results.
• Inspire & develop your team creating a fun, motivating environment while nurturing internal talent.
• Ensure safety & compliance keeping the restaurant running smoothly and legally.
• Be commercially aware understanding how every decision impacts the wider business.
