As a General Manager at one of our stores, you’ll take the lead on creating an experience our customers love. Every decision you make will be with the customer and your team in mind. Role responsibilities:

  • Setting an example to the whole store team and overseeing their performance and development through the leaders in your store.
  • Creating an environment where colleagues feel inspired and able to progress.
  • Exploring and implementing new ways of working to benefit your store.
  • Leading the store strategy to stay at the forefront of the market.
  • Managing the overall commercial performance of your store.

You will need:
