The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to their full potential while achieving excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining service standards and empowering your team.
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting, inventory, labor, and strategic marketing, using data to inform decisions.
