We're looking for a General Manager for a food driven pub in the beautiful town of Harrogate. Salary up to £48,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Curious Cow of Harrogate is a beautifully modern, but old styled, food driven pub in Killinghall, on the edge of Harrogate centre. The pub is regularly taking around £25,000 a week in sales, with 60/40 food to wet split, with an annual turnover of over £1.1m. The Curious Cow is part of our Signature pub collection, with premium menu to support this.

The pub has an open plan layout with a good local community following with regular drinkers and diners, as well as guests that drive there for a great dining experience. There is a small function/meeting room/private dining area for small events and meetings. Outside there is a large area for al fresco drinking and dining in the warmer months and a large car park for guests.

Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom flat, with living room, bathroom, kitchen and separate Manager's Office.
