About the opportunity

S&L, Weymouth is a popular spot in the town center, close to the seafront and main dining areas, attracting lots of foot traffic.

Graeme Evans, our Area Manager in the Southwest, seeks a dynamic General Manager with sharp operational standards and proven leadership skills to motivate and develop a team that any business would be proud of.

You should be able to drive sales through excellent service, hospitality, strong team spirit, and an energetic personality that inspires both your team and customers.

Excellent communication skills are essential for local networking, promoting offers, and increasing pre-booked sales for brunches, afternoon teas, and Happy Hours. You will also have the opportunity to organize Theme Brunches to enhance the customer experience.

Since S&L, Weymouth operates until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, experience with late-night venues is desirable to ensure a smooth transition into the late-night atmosphere, with appropriate music and ambiance to keep the party lively.
