About the Role

The Florist Watford is recruiting a General Manager!

What will you do?

As a General Manager at The Florist, you will lead all aspects of your unit, demonstrating a proven track record in developing people. You will have full autonomy over your P+L, ensuring all financial targets are met, while leading from the front on-site. Your focus will be on team development through appraisals and performance chats, fostering future managers, and owning HR responsibilities. You will work to develop a pipeline of talent ready for career progression, including promotions to other sites.
