Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a General Manager for Harvester in Derby to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will focus on driving sales, service, and team development in a high-volume, family-friendly dining venue.

Responsibilities include training teams, delivering food and drink to high standards, and achieving business targets while upholding brand values across the site.
