Taco Bell North East is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performance team and deliver outstanding QXR experiences. You will own the restaurant’s P&L, drive sales growth, and mentor the crew to live the Live Mas culture on every shift.

• 45-hour per week contract

• Build people capability - Lead, coach, and develop your

• Deliver memorable QXR experiences - Ensure every
  customer interaction creates moments that matter and reflects our commitment to
  experience over transaction
• Own business performance - Lead the restaurant's
  P&L, drive sales growth, and deliver strong profitability
• Set the tone - Lead by example, embodying Live Mas
  values and creating an environment of recognition, engagement, and fun
• Drive operational excellence - Ensure safe, legal, and
  compliant daily operations across all areas
