Job summary

Pickerings Hire is seeking a General Manager for our Stoke depot, responsible for overall performance, safety, and growth. You will lead a skilled team, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional service to customers across hire, site accommodation and modular buildings.

Based at the Stoke-on-Trent location, you will work with head office to hit commercial targets, manage budgeting and performance, and champion health and safety standards while guiding the depot through relocation and
