This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. The role involves leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to OWN IT. Job Description

The Responsibilities:

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
  • Consistently demonstrate our elevated ways of working
  • Drive revenue from membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
  • Manage controllable costs such as stock orders and cleaning supplies to prevent wastage and overspending
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
  • Ensure processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to high standards
  • Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  • Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members
  • Complete all operational processes consistently and to high standards
  • Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
  • React resiliently to challenges and find solutions
  • Manage policies including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
  • Over 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Adaptability in communication and management styles
  • Positive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
  • Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop
  • Flexibility to work hours supporting business needs, including weekends and bank holidays
