Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a General Manager for a dining pub in the Ashford area. You will have full responsibility for the running of the restaurant and bar, staffing and maintaining first class service levels. The role is hands on with on-site live-in available.

Basic salary £40k with on-site accommodation, service charge, meals and holidays. You will lead front-of-house, train the team and manage bookings and finances to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Already working in a restaurant or dining pub as a Manager.
• A leader who constantly develops and coaches the team.
• Ideally worked to AA rosette standards.
• IT literate and excellent spoken English.
• Ability to offer an outstanding level of service in a relaxed manner.
• Ambitious and looking for career opportunity.
