Job summary

PizzaExpress is seeking a commercially minded Pizzeria Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team. You will balance entrepreneurial leadership with a focus on quality, safety and customer satisfaction, delivering strong results while developing your local network.

Sharing responsibility for staffing, training and performance, you’ll inspire your team to meet KPIs and create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a customer-facing role, preferably hospitality.
• Strong P&L management and cost-control experience.
• Track record of driving sales and improving service quality.
