Chopstix seeks a General Manager to lead a restaurant in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will build and nurture a high-performing team, drive sales and customer experience, and ensure operational excellence. This role demands hands-on leadership, coaching, and strong commercial awareness to balance pace with quality service.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff while maintaining high standards and delivering bold flavours and outstanding results daily.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced hospitality or QSR.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales and profitability.

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced hospitality, retail, or QSR environment
• A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front and set the standard for others
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive sales, profitability, and productivity
• Experience managing key business metrics, including labour, sales, food costs, and controllable expenses
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating loyal Flavour Cravers
• The ability to coach, develop, and inspire individuals to reach their full potential
