Job summary

Chopstix in the United Kingdom is seeking a Bench General Manager to lead future store openings and drive growth across the region. You’ll run high‑performing teams, shape the customer experience, and balance pace with profitability in a fast‑paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in hospitality or QSR.
• Hands-on leadership style leading from the front.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales and profitability.
