Brasserie Blanc Oxford, part of Heartwood Collection, is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead its team with passion and commercial acumen. You will create an environment where guests feel at home, teams thrive, and services showcase warmth and precision.

With a hands-on leadership style, you will develop staff, manage budgets, and drive profitability while maintaining high standards of food, drink and service across our branded experience.

• At least 2 years' experience as a General Manager in a quality branded restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of leading busy, high-volume operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.

As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your Brasserie Blanc.
