Role Overview:
As a General Manager, you will lead and inspire your team, overseeing safety, standards, and service throughout the club. You will foster a positive, productive work environment where all team members enjoy their work and contribute to the club's and business's overall success.
You will ensure that members and guests receive the highest levels of customer service at all times. Additionally, you will prioritize health & safety management by all Department Heads, ensuring policies and safe systems of work are fully implemented, and all team members are trained and aware of their responsibilities, with training records maintained.
