They have developed two world-class sites across the Bradford area and are renowned for developing and caring for their employees. A unique opportunity has arisen to lead a rapidly growing business unit as a General Manager.

The Role

The General Manager will oversee production, projects, and commercial teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring direct reports to achieve their potential and fostering a positive environment
• Driving business development strategies to maximize opportunities
• Managing costs and revenue to inform business decisions and present to stakeholders
• Overseeing projects from inception to completion, prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety
• Analyzing projects to ensure accuracy of costs and deadlines
• Maintaining compliance with legal regulations and accreditations
• Coordinating subcontractors for efficient processes
• Strategic problem solving to prevent challenges
• Developing and managing the supply chain for improvements
• Analyzing, managing, and mitigating risks
