are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our
team. As the General Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing all
aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, and
contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a proven
track record in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a
commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, we invite you to be a

Key
Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high service
standards.

Lead and inspire the management team and staff, fostering a collaborative work

Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and performance
evaluations.

Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen and
front-of-house coordination.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.

Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business
growth.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within
the hospitality industry.
