The Oak on the Green, located in Bearstead near Maidstone, is set on one of England's most picturesque village greens. Established in 1665, the pub has hosted notable visitors such as Baroness Orczy and Kent cricketer Alfred Percy 'Tich' Freeman. Today, it is known for its menu featuring locally sourced British and Mexican cuisine.

As a brand ambassador, you will foster an inclusive culture, lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service, and work with your Operations Manager to meet key business objectives, ensuring growth, customer satisfaction, and success.
