Job description

Located in Bearstead near Maidstone, the Oak on the Green is on one of England's prettiest village greens. Founded in 1665, the pub has hosted notable visitors like Baroness Orczy and Alfred Percy 'Tich' Freeman. Today, it offers British and Mexican cuisine using locally sourced ingredients.

As a brand ambassador, you will foster an inclusive culture, lead your team to deliver excellent customer service, and work with your Operations Manager to achieve business goals, growth, and customer satisfaction.
