XPO is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a logistics operation and drive performance. You will oversee strategic direction, develop high‑performing management teams and ensure safety, service and financial targets are met across the operation.

You will build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, drive continuous improvement and manage budgets and resources to deliver commercial success.
