Mitchells & Butlers' Castle Pubs is seeking a General Manager to lead a team, drive exceptional guest experiences and deliver strong commercial results. You’ll train and inspire your staff, manage day-to-day operations and nurture a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

You'll be responsible for delivering memorable moments, meeting targets and building a proud, high-performing team across a busy pub environment within a supportive corporate group.
