Be At One Regent Street in London is seeking a Deputy Manager who aims to progress to General Manager. You will lead the team, drive guest experiences, manage peak periods, and ensure safe, smooth operations during late-night trading.

Be At One Regent Street is one of our busiest and most exciting late-night venues, and we're looking for a driven leader who thrives in a high-energy environment. You'll play a key role in leading the team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing peak-capacity trading periods, and ensuring the venue operates safely and smoothly every night.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven management experience in a high-volume late-night bar or hospitality venue

Strong understanding of capacity management, guest flow and door operations

A confident leader who can motivate, coach and develop teams

Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, even during the busiest shifts

Commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales and profitability

Ambition to progress into a General Manager role within Stonegate Group
