Nationwide Platforms is seeking a General Manager for our Glasgow depot to lead a flagship operation, driving profitability, customer service and leadership across a multi-department team. You will shape operational strategy, coach department heads and deliver strong performance while upholding safety and compliance.

You will report to senior leadership and shape the culture, discipline and accountability needed to sustain growth.

Ready to lead one of Nationwide Platforms' flagship depot operations?

As General Manager at our Glasgow depot, you'll lead one of our flagship depot businesses, taking responsibility for operational performance, customer satisfaction, profitability and people leadership.

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a complex operation with significant fleet, customer and operational activity. You'll lead through a team of department heads, developing leadership capability and creating the culture, discipline and accountability needed to deliver exceptional results. Your depot will support some of our largest customers and fulfil complex hire requirements across the UK.

In return you will receive a salary from £60,000 pa (DOE), Company car or cash allowance of £8,750, BUPA Private Medical Care, 25 days annual leave plus back holidays, Life Assurance, Auto Enrolment Pension scheme and Lifestyle Benefits – Discounts on selected high street stores.
