Alibi is seeking a General Manager to lead HR, Governance, Finance, and Health & Safety efforts. This pivotal role offers autonomy and responsibility within a small team dedicated to developing their historic Church Hall. The position is fixed-term for 9 months, requiring 3 days a week with potential for extension.
General Manager at Alibi
We’re looking for a General Manager at Alibi. Working closely with the CEO and other core staff, the role is pivotal within the company structure. The General Manager will primarily focus on HR, Governance, Finance, and Health & Safety. Responsibilities include administering office and project employment contracts, and other duties to ensure the company runs efficiently and complies with legal requirements. It is a varied role with both autonomy and responsibility.
This is an exciting time for Alibi as we develop our historic Church Hall. The successful candidate will join a small, dedicated team aiming to achieve something extraordinary in the city.

Salary: £30,000 pro-rata.
Contract: Fixed-term, 9 months, with potential extension depending on funding.
The role is for 3 days (24 hours) weekly. Flexibility may be required for evening and weekend work to support programme activities.
