Avery Healthcare in Downham Market is seeking a warm, inspiring General Manager for Carrstone House Care Home to lead a dedicated team and ensure exceptional, person-centred care. You will drive service quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations in a setting that values dignity and compassion.

As a leader, you will recruit and develop staff, foster a supportive culture, and act as the main point of contact for residents and families while upholding the company’s high standards

Qualificações

• Has at least four years experience in a similar care environment.
• Holds a Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
• Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• IT competent and comfortable with digital systems.

• Drive recruitment, retention and development to build a strong team.
• Act as key contact for residents, families, visitors and external professionals.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As General Manager, youll be the driving force behind a vibrant, personcentred care environment. Youll lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home all while meeting regulatory standards and achieving key business goals.

ABOUT YOU

• Have at least four years experience in a similar care environment
