Job summary

PizzaExpress Cobham is seeking a creative, autonomous and responsible restaurant leader to run a Pizzeria as a commercial leader. You will drive sales, lead a multichannel business, recruit and develop a team, and deliver KPIs with your people.

This role combines day-to-day operations with a strong focus on quality, safety and guest experience. You should bring prior management experience in hospitality, be a natural leader, and excel at P&L management.

• Previous management experience in a customer facing sector, ideally hospitality
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a high performing team
