Job summary

PizzaExpress is seeking a dynamic Second-in-Command to support the General Manager in running a busy Pizzeria. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales opportunities, and push for commercial success while coaching a skilled team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

You will develop programmes and receive dedicated support to showcase your leadership talent and advance your career within the brand.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience handling P&L, budgeting or financial analysis is desirable.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and guest experience.
