Crown & Sceptre, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a General Manager for Castle Pubs in London. You’ll lead a team, drive operational excellence and create memorable guest experiences across a distinctive pub setting.

The role offers an optional onsite 1-bedroom accommodation, generous holiday, pension and discounts across brands, with a strong focus on growth and team development.

Atthe Crown & Sceptrewe recognise a good General Manager is key to our success. You’ll build a business to be proud of, help to grow your team and smash targets.
