Job summary

The Ivy Collection in City of Westminster is seeking a General Manager for Brasserie of Light, a high-volume, guest-focused venue that blends Art Deco glamour with contemporary dining. You will lead by example, inspire a large team, and own guest experience from welcome to farewell.

You will be responsible for budgets, cost controls, and driving profitability while delivering outstanding service. The role offers a discretionary bonus scheme and career development opportunities within our iconic

• Proven experience managing a large, structured team in a high-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to keep morale high.
• Excellent English communication and guest service orientation.
• Experience with budgeting and cost-control practices in a hospitality setting.

We’re searching for a passionate General Manager.

Key elements of your role as a General Manager:

• Understand the guest and how to efficiently manage their expectations.
• To have a great front-of-house presence, be a leader and inspire your team.
• Fully understand and be able to articulate the financial targets.
• Establish and maintain realistic budgets and identify ways to improve profitability and manage cost controls effectively.
• To demonstrate an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the industry
• Identify business opportunities that have the greatest potential return on investment and are consistent with the company goals and brand.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
