Job summary

Zizzi is seeking a General Manager in Westminster to lead restaurant operations end-to-end. You will manage a talented team, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences with a focus on quality, cost control, and efficiency.

You’ll drive labour planning, stock control, and health & safety compliance while promoting a positive, energetic work environment and strong guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality settings.
• Strong ability to manage costs, labour budgets, and stock control while driving KPIs.
• People-centric leadership with coaching and development skills.
