Zizzi is looking for an Assistant Manager to drive the restaurant's success. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume periods, delivering the brand's signature hospitality.

You will coach front-of-house staff toward standout guest experiences, own sections of curb appeal and safety, and partner with the GM to monitor performance, financials, and service metrics to be better than yesterday.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of our restaurant's success. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will step up to lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume rushes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance a buzzing dine-in, whilst keeping a sharp eye on food and service standards. • Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
