Job summary

Heartwood Inns in Cobham is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our standout locations. You’ll bring energy, warmth, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences, while driving performance across all areas of the business.

You’ll manage a high-performing team, develop managers, and own HR, financial performance, and KPI delivery in a branded hospitality environment. This full-time role offers extensive rewards and career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running a high-performing site or fresh food restaurant.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a General Manager within a branded environment.
• Solid understanding of HR, financial performance, and KPI delivery.
• Ability to take full ownership of your business and drive results.
• Experience developing managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to inspire your team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations across all hospitality functions and rooms where applicable.
• Drive performance through cost control, revenue growth, and KPI monitoring.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers to sustain high standards.
