Job summary

Bella Italia Burton is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and act as the face of the restaurant in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

You will drive performance, inspire your staff, ensure safety and compliance, and make commercial decisions that benefit the wider business. We offer a 45-hour contract, quarterly bonuses, staff discounts, and opportunities for career development.
