Bella Italia is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while driving brand and location goals.

You’ll inspire your team, foster internal talent, and uphold safety and compliance to keep operations smooth and compliant. With a focus on commercial success, you’ll manage performance, support development, and contribute to a positive, energetic workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading hospitality teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong focus on driving brand and restaurant goals.
• Ability to inspire and develop staff in a high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
