About the role

As a Restaurant General Manager, you lead from the front and take full ownership of your
restaurant. You’re accountable for performance, people, culture, and results ensuring the restaurant
delivers brilliant guest experiences while building a high performing, future ready team.

  relationships, identify future leaders early, and create clear development and progression pathways
  that strengthen the team for the long term.

  Keep the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently by setting clear priorities, maintaining strong
  operational standards, and planning labour and stock effectively. Proactively remove any barriers
  that could impact performance or results.

  Deliver a great guest experience by leading your team to provide fast, friendly, and consistent
  service. Use feedback to continually improve, make every guest feel welcome, and empower your
  team to resolve customer concerns confidently and professionally.
